3. User Obligations

By using KekPool, you agree that:

You comply with all applicable local and international laws
You will not use the service for illegal activities
You will not attempt to exploit, attack, or manipulate the pool
You will not interfere with the normal operation of the platform

You are fully responsible for all mining activity associated with your account.

4. Rewards and Payouts

Mining rewards are calculated based on pool rules and algorithms.
Reward values may vary due to network difficulty, luck, orphan blocks, or technical issues.
KekPool does not guarantee any level of income or profitability.
Payout schedules and minimum thresholds may change at any time.

5. Service Interruptions

KekPool shall not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Block discovery frequency
Network stability
Accuracy of displayed statistics

Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
